WE CAN MAKE IT EVEN IN THIS PRESENT ECONOMIC SITUATION IN NIGERIA.

WE CAN MAKE IT EVEN IN THIS PRESENT ECONOMIC SITUATION IN NIGERIA.
by Egbe Emmanuel
The demands of an intricate Nigeria requires perseverance, trust and more than hardwork. Most times it requires diplomacy and pragmatism, innovation and mostly lobbying, lobbying all the components to sing same rhythm and chorus same tunes. We have as a people dwelled too much on whom we are or where we are from. It is high time we began to set goals and targets for ourselves, let us for instance plan to develop our country to be at par with a certain country, let us start talking the number of jobs a sectors will create over time, let us talk of how many tonnes of rice, cassava, yam powder and or palm oil we will be exporting over time. It is better we start discussing the benefits of integration and harmonious cordial relationship. In the manufacturing of a car for instance, the role played by the Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Tiv, Igede, Idoma, Kambari, Gwari, Gwandara or Okun man or woman cannot be differentiated from just looking at the car, but all they worked towards is the manufacturing of such car. Same when austerity comes, when terrorists target us, when natural disasters come, and even poverty knows no tribe neither does it recognizes religion or region. We might have a difference of background tribe and religion but those are ingredients that make other nations great, we can do it, with everyone bringing his or her experience to bear. We should stick to the addage that says two good heads are better than one. Let's unite, in belief, in trust, in building a great nation. EGBE EMMANUEL IJUOH MD/CEO Armstrong Ventures international
